Return Policy:
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please submit your request within 14 working days of receiving the goods.
The return costs of the product are free.
The right of withdrawal lapses if the returned product is not intact and without its original packaging, if the product has been installed or is missing some integral elements (accessories, screws, instruction manuals, etc.), and if it is damaged.
Procedure:

Sending the Communication and Withdrawal Request:
Send an email to our customer service team indicating the reason for the return and attaching any photos documenting the problem. In the same email, request a product pickup. We will send you the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form, which you will need to complete.

Completing the RMA Form:
Once you receive the RMA form, fill out all the required information and place it inside the packaging of the product you are returning.

Product Packaging:
If you haven't already done so, please pack the item using the original packaging. Otherwise, please let us know immediately when requesting a return so we can arrange an alternative.

Package Photo:
Please send a photo of the package both open (with the item visible inside) and closed, ready for shipping.

It is essential that you also include the RMA form, completed and signed in its entirety, in the package.
Avalon reserves the right to withhold the cost of damages from the refund amount.
The right of withdrawal is reserved exclusively for consumers (natural persons who purchase goods for purposes not related to their professional, commercial, or entrepreneurial activity), therefore it cannot be exercised by legal entities and natural persons acting for purposes related to any professional activity they may carry out.
Refund Times:
Avalon will process the refund within fourteen business days of receiving the goods. The refund will be processed using the same method used to pay for the order.
